The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA Sri Lanka) the national professional management accounting body in Sri Lankaincorporated by an Act of Parliament expanded a pathway to all the CMA members to obtain the CPA Australia Qualification by renewing the Member Pathway Agreement (MPA)on 9th April 2024, at the CMA Head Office, Colombo. With the signing of the New Member Pathway agreement, members of CMA Sri Lanka who completed the 2023 new syllabus could obtain the membership of CPA Australia by completing two core modules and one elective subject, which could be taken from Sri Lanka.
CPA Australia is a globally recognised accounting body and has a membership of more than 172, 000 members in over 100 countries and regions, supported by 20 offices globally.
